Cricket (Brimbank Strikers)
The Brimbank Strikers Cricket Club is an established club that has been functioning for 4 years and caters to the demand from Brimbank’s multicultural community for their cricketing needs. There are various activities like social cricket, Milo cricket , T20 blast and other tournaments and training conducted by the club for various age groups. The Brimbank council has been very supportive of MSCA and Brimbank strikers various endeavours and has and the club has received grants for conducting various projects both indoor and outdoor. The local community in and around Deer Park and surrounding areas mostly consist of communities from the sub-continent. This is highlighted by the fact that 43.4% of the Brimbank population being born overseas and 53.7% speaking a language other than English at home. The Brimbank Strikers Club was established in 2013 under the umbrella organization of the Malayalee Sports and Cultural Association Inc.
Robert Bruce Reserve, is the home ground of Albanvale football club during winter and Brimbank Strikers for the Summer season. The grounds are adjacent to the station road and has a lot of people using the facility from the local community. The club room can accommodate 150 seated and another 50 standing for functions. The parking facilities in the club premise can hold over 60 cars, further to that there is the Brimbank shopping centre and side street parking where there is ample car park spots. The grounds are very well maintained by the council and attract a lot of local residents practicing cricket in the nets. The footy club has a strong fan base and has a strong footfall during their practice sessions.

- We conduct Milo T20 Blast (We are a registered Milo in2Cricket Training provider)
- Women’s community cricket
- Cricket Training for all ages including Milo in2Cricket
